About Me
Im a 21 year old male on his way at becoming a graphic designer. Don't really know where I want to go with it yet but advertisement and web design is up in the air. I took a graphic design class back in high school (2004 senior year) as a blow off class. I had no idea what is was about or anything, just an easy class that I thought I'd get an 'A' in. That?s what gave me the itch for graphic design. Most of my classes in high school all dealt with mechanical engineering for that was what I wanted to do when I grew old. As I was really getting into it, the field started to drop. So I went on with my automotive passion as a mechanic. I did this from end of high school up until the beginning of this year (2007). At the very end of 2006 is when I started to get back into graphics, doing manips on cars. From there I went on to the basic stuff such as signatures, userbars, and LP's. After that my interest in graphic designing really grew on me. At the beginning of 2007 I started a very small GFX Forum called GFX Reality. It started off rough and rather small but it only fueled my fire. Summer of 2007 I dropped GFX Reality to create another GFX forum called CreativePixels. This was a bigger hit then my previous forum. This really kick-started me into bigger things like advanced signatures, LP's and it also started my journey into web design. With the members of the site backing me up and always pushing me to go further, I started to think of making this a career of mine. So I took an intro class for graphic design at my community college. I plan on to learn as much as I can throughout these years to make me a successful designer. As you can see I haven't been doing this for a very long time but I believe that I?m on the right track with what I'm doing. So I hope you better understand my background and enjoy looking at some of my art work. If you would like to contact me for any reason, please visit the Contact page.
Thanks,
Joe
